随后,新媒体运营中心苏经理系统解析2025年新疆新媒体推广成果,并发布2026年推广框架,为市场拓展提供数字化利器,助力客户在数字时代抢占宣传高地,提升品牌影响力。

随后,人力资源部宣导了11月动态绩效考核标准,激励全员以更高标准冲刺业绩,争创行业标杆。

The north wind rises, and all things retreat, marking the time to gather strength and prepare for renewal. On November 1st, the SPUW Xinjiang Division successfully concluded its monthly meeting and team-building event for November, themed "Strategic Deepening·Unifying Efforts for Breakthroughs." This event seamlessly integrated rigorous, practical strategic planning with cohesive team collaboration, showcasing the SPUW team's spirit of relentless advancement while further highlighting the company's steadfast commitment and exemplary image of being rooted in Xinjiang and serving China's agricultural sector.


Ⅰ. Mechanism Innovation and Talent Empowerment: Building a New Development Paradigm


At the beginning of the meeting, the Human Resources Department officially announced the "Spivo 2026 Promotion Mechanism." Based on the principles of "fairness, transparency, and motivation," the mechanism provides employees with a clear career development path, reflecting the company's core values of valuing talent and fostering shared growth, thereby instilling strong confidence and momentum in the team.


II. Market Breakthroughs and Precision Measures: Focusing on Goals with Unified Efforts


During the market department's work report session, the team conducted in-depth discussions on four key topics: "Winter Storage Customer Sales Targets," "Customer Order Conference Plans," "2026 Goal Review," and "Competitor Analysis." The detailed data presentation and precise problem analysis demonstrated the Xinjiang team's keen market insight and scientific planning capabilities. After reviewing the reports, General Manager Xiong highly commended the team's efforts and emphasized: "The Xinjiang market is a top priority in Spower's national strategy. We must be customer demand-driven, supported by technological innovation, and continuously consolidate our regional leadership position!"

The meeting transitioned into the session on digital marketing and performance incentives. The Human Resources Department took the lead in announcing the "2026 Second Batch Customer New Media Promotion Support Policy Standards," demonstrating the company's commitment to fostering a win-win future for clients.


Subsequently, Manager Su from the New Media Operations Center provided a systematic analysis of the 2025 Xinjiang new media promotion achievements and unveiled the 2026 promotion framework, offering digital tools for market expansion. This initiative helps clients secure a dominant position in digital-era communication and enhances brand influence.


Subsequently, the Human Resources Department announced the dynamic performance evaluation standards for November, encouraging all employees to strive for higher performance benchmarks and aim to become industry leaders.


IV. By the Side of Tianchi, Focusing the Mind and Forging the Soul: Team-Building Collaboration Shines


To strengthen the team, after the meeting, all members headed to the Tianchi Lake in Xinjiang, known as the "Pavilion of the Yao," for a unique team-building activity. Surrounded by snow-capped mountains and a mirror-like lake, the team members temporarily set aside their busy workloads, collaborating seamlessly in tasks and bonding through laughter and joy. The vastness of Tianchi reflected the team's vision and aspirations, while the resilience of the snow-capped peaks symbolized their unyielding spirit to overcome challenges and strive for excellence. This team-building exercise, which blended emotions with the scenery, not only alleviated stress but also, under the witness of the magnificent landscapes, deeply united the team's cohesion and combat effectiveness—ensuring all efforts and benefits flowed from a single source.
